Colourful Fish

Christa is changed from an insecure person, afraid to start something new, to a person really proud of her work, knowing exactly what she can do. Her paintings take time and are made with care. Sometimes she turns out to be all excited, because she is doing well with painting and because the colours make her happy.
Christa works with different kind of materials. She creates women with beautiful dresses, every time with the same bright colours. What she likes the most is drawing animals or something where she’s fascinated about. In all her themes you see repetition of little circles or squares.
The fish, turtles and birds in her painting are finished with care. Filled up with colourful, geometric figures. She loses herself in her own world of self chosen structures and colours.
At the moment she’s starting to find her way in working with textile.

In past few years some of her works have been used for several exhibitions.
