Joey Hof

Joey was born in 1985 in Hengelo.
He works at art studio “De losserhof” for 5 days a week, where he attends drawing and painting classes, sometimes for several projects.
The young artist is unique in his style. If he is in the mood for “Gothic”, he’ll use a lot of dark colours to express his mood such as black, red and purple.
Joey begins his work by creating a sketch and finishing it off with liquid watercolors or acrylic paint. He gains his inspiration from landscapes, nature and buildings and is relatively fast with his painting.
Some of Joey’s paintings were part of several exhibitions in the Netherlands:
• in 2007 “Het volkspark” in Enschede
• in 2008 “Ootmassum”
